Delete Your Subtightl Account
You can request deletion of your Subtightl account and all associated data by following the steps below.
How to request account deletion
Step 1. Send an email to
[email protected] with the subject line:
Account Deletion Request
Step 2. Include the Google account email address you used to sign in to Subtightl.
Step 3. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email.
What gets deleted
- Your Firebase account and authentication record
- Your credit balance and subscription status
- Your device registration records
- All personal data stored in our database associated with your account
What is retained
- Anonymised purchase transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for financial compliance purposes
- Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data
Note: Subtightl does not store your video or audio files. Audio is sent to our transcription service in real time and discarded immediately after processing — there is nothing to delete.
